Most shoots take one to three hours on site, depending on property size. Studios and one-bedrooms finish in under ninety minutes. Full Property shoots with twilight exteriors run two to three hours with a return visit at dusk.

Edited photos arrive in your inbox within seven business days of the shoot. Rush delivery (three business days) is available as an add-on for an additional fee.

Yes. The Full Property and Portfolio Host packages include full staging direction during the shoot, where I reposition furniture, remove clutter, and style details as we go. The Starter package includes light staging direction for the most visible spaces.

The Starter includes up to 25 edited photos. The Full Property includes up to 50 edited photos. The Portfolio Host includes up to 50 edited photos per property. All photos are delivered in high-resolution and pre-sized for every major listing platform.

Yes. Colorado properties within two hours of Denver are included at no extra travel cost. Travel beyond that range is handled on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and logistics.

Interior shoots proceed regardless of weather. Exterior and twilight shots are rescheduled free of charge if weather will impact the final image quality. I monitor conditions the morning of the shoot and reach out to reschedule if needed.

You receive full usage rights for marketing your rental across Airbnb, VRBO, direct booking sites, social media, and paid advertising. I retain rights to use selected images in my own portfolio and marketing. Exclusive licensing is available as a separate arrangement.

Clean the space thoroughly, make the beds, clear countertops of personal items, and turn on every light in the property. I send a full prep checklist after you book. The more ready the space, the faster the shoot runs and the better the photos look.

Email me at kasey@elevated-brand-studio.com with your property details. I reply within one business day with a quote and available shoot dates. A fifty percent deposit confirms the booking. The remaining balance is due on delivery of the final photos.

Yes. Airbnb listings with pets in the hero shot book at higher rates in pet-friendly rentals. Dogs, cats, and the one guy I know with a bearded dragon are all welcome on set. Aggressive parrots are negotiable.
